Honestly, we have already recommended them to colleagues and friends. I was so impressed with the level of care, right from the phone call we made (as we were out of town checking out an Axela out of town at another dealership) and the car salesman remembered us when we arrived and took us straight to the car we had enquirer about. He has already done his homework in the meanwhile and when he double checked the window price as compared to the online listed price, realised the window price had not been lowered according to the online price, so changed it before we arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the car’s condition, prior owner offshore, and the history of the car as well as info on the current make and model. He showed Inside it and then have us space to have a nosy by ourselves while he served other customers. I really appreciated this as I don’t like it when people are breathing down your neck while you are trying to make such a significant pursphase. He then arranged for us to take the car for a test drive. When we returned we had already decided to purpchAse the car and he was able to help sort out the paperwork etc in such a simple and straightforward manner that was very clear, concise and professional. We then negotiated the price a little and he was more than willing to phone his manager who was away down south and check for us. They came back with a midway deal and we were happy with this price. Paid in cash on the day, and he was willing to work with us while we called back and forth with bank and used two cards (hadn’t realised epftos has a daily max as had lifted my online max amount but visa sets a daily card limit that is non negotiable). He then chatted with us while we finished paperwork and neatly arranged all documents and receipts into one little paper pack for us. He arranged for the car to hAve an up to date warrant on the Monday morning with a promise to contact once it was ready for pickup. On the Monday he text me mid morning, which I was pleasantly surprised about how quick it was finished and ready to go. I was also impressed the same salesman was contacting me as I knew him. He was very flexible in arranging a pickup time that worked for me and made sure he was back in the office from off his break even to me in person and sign final papers and hand over the keys! Overall I was impressed with the courtesy and commitment shown from the salesman at this dealership and loved the condition of the car. Having had all its AA checks including new tyres and mechanical checks etc, along with an on-the-day warrant allowed me to have peace of mind about my purchase and to feel confident driving the car off the lot. The thing that topped this deal was the personal touch - the personal connection the salesman made and the good-ol-fashioned face-to-face courtesy and care. And I LOVED that he was so excited FOR ME to buy this car - as I was pretty excited myself. Would go back there in a heart beat and, as I said, have already recommended to friends and colleagues.
